Brian Sands
CHAIRMAN
Brian is an experienced public and private company CEO who for over 30 years has led construction firms, property developers, and professional services firms. He has scaled a 9-figure construction business, formed a joint venture with a subsidiary of one of Australia’s largest contractors, and led significant turnaround projects. Brian is a registered builder, has a master's degree from the University of Melbourne, is an alumni of Melbourne Business School and Insead, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a certified Advisory Board Chair.
Nick Hutchins
FOUNDER
With extensive experience in Australian Construction Compliance and a deep expertise in system and process development, Nick has built a strong foundation in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards while streamlining operations. His ability to navigate complex compliance requirements, combined with a focus on improving efficiency through tailored systems, makes him a valuable asset in both project management and business transformation. Nick has a civil engineering degree the University of Melbourne as well as a commerce degree.
