We complete your site survey, soil test, and engineering. You receive your full design pack and fixed-price quote.

Sign Contract

Week 1

You will receive a Domestic Building Contract and Insurance. The Contract sets out payment milestones

Build & Prepare

Weeks 2 - 11

Your Moddie is factory-built while we prepare your site — footings, services, and connections all handled.

Deliver & Move In

Weeks 12 - 13

Your complete home arrives on a truck and is installed in one day. Final connections, occupancy permit, and keys.

No surprises.

Your Moddie is individually quoted based on floorplan, site conditions and location. It includes everything from design through permits and transport, to occupancy permit. It’s a fixed price. No hidden extras, no cost blowouts and includes everything you need.

From $198,000 Including GST

This is for our Moddie Studio. Cranage is not included as you may not need it. Service connection costs vary depending on the distance from your main dwelling. These details will be confirmed during the Design Pack phase, allowing us to provide a fully fixed price for your complete project.
